Yeah so this seems to yet again be another change from this year. The u13+ third teams were blue this year as far I know, and if you look at what they’re called in EDP and tourneys.

This past year they pushed pre-ECNL to 3 at all the younger ages whereas the year prior it was only some.

And to confuse it more, in some places there are two pre-ECNL u12 teams, the 1st and 3rd, because though BSC will refer to it as ECNL 1 in some places it is pre-ECNL in others, including as it is registered with ECNL. So they have a 3rd team going by the name of the actual team that plays in Pre-ECNL. You almost can’t make up the nonsense of that. Just use a different name for 3!

Leave it to the geniuses at BSC to exploit the ECNL name as much as possible and push it all the way down to the 3rd team and cause confusion.

Someone explain to me what is “pre ecnl” about a 3rd team at u19? Or any age really past u12. They are EDP teams plain and simple. Why use the name once you hit real pre-ecnl at u12 and then have RL teams at u13?[/quote]
