It’s infuriating. While pleading guilty, she should not be allowed to say she’s taking responsibility for her actions and then also say “if I’d known then what I know now.”[b] I’d like her to spell out what she knows know that she didn’t know then…because the whole reason she’s in trouble is because she spun misinformation and represented to courts that there was election fraud when she had no evidence of fraud.[/b] That’s not lack of due diligence; that’s just lying. Taking responsibility would be her admitting that there was no evidentiary basis for her election fraud claims. I hope the judge takes her disingenuous allocution into consideration when sentencing her. She doesn’t deserve a sweetheart plea deal.[/quote]

This is not going to come out in the media interviews or in her case.  This is information that is disclosed to the AG's team as part of her plea bargain.  She is going to be forced to testify in the main trial of the remaining defendants and will be a part of their case.  The whole reason that Fani Willis did not want speedy trials for some of the defendants was that she did not want to reveal her case before trial.  Revealing her case before trial, allows the various defense lawyers the opportunity to take her arguments and evidence and find or manufacture counterarguments to protect their clients.

They will present all of the evidence including the evidence from Hall, Powell, Chesboro and Ellis at the main trial.
