The LVAD is often used while awaiting a heart transplant. He would likely get the next heart if he wasn’t so old. I do t k ow what they’ll do. If he does have a transplant, he will be out of sight for quite a long time… They must have made plans—or be making plans—for when he dies. [/quote]
