This isn't a reason to oppose a pool in Ward 3 but I'll also add that it is cheaper for Montgomery County residents to pay the out of state rate in DC than the in-state rate in MoCo at a pool so putting a pool in Chevy Chase/Lafayette will make it the defacto pool for Chevy Chase MD while no one in DC without a car would easily be able to reach it.[/quote]
