I do think the bar with valor coaches is so low even a ok coach at the club will be a great one in the eyes of parents. RQ works with the girls, actively is invested in their development He wants the team to get better. Not only that he is proud of their accomplishments. The rest of the coaches at valor are only in it for the paycheck and to supervise children on a field. Valor coaches=child care [/quote]
