No. Let’s take the mask issue. What I’m saying is regardless of the decision to mask or not mask I think the decision should be made by the local board. You then follow the rules set by that board. I’m not ok with saying the local boards can make the decision (whatever that decision may be) but you don’t have to follow it.[/quote]
