DB is not a good coach and plays favorites while CW was successful only when there were two elite options in the area. Neither are good at promoting team chemistry and neither are good communicators. CW is respected due to age and longevity but nobody respects DB. Everyone knows the "promising new players" from NVA and VDA are just chasing the ECNL badge. [/quote]
