Please call 311 next time as soon as you are safe to do so. There is a mental health intervention team they will transfer you to, they will send if someone is threatening to harm themselves or others. Your tax dollars pay for these employees. Make them earn their pay!  Give a description and location. Yes, 9 times out of ten they probably won't locate the person. But often these folks stand on their favorite corner and rant and can be found. Interrupt the cycle as much as possible..You can do it anonymously. [/quote]
