Because we produce more oil than the Saudis now.  US oil imports are down and exports are up.  MBS is not Saudi.  He’s just the temporary thug in charge. [/quote]
We produce more oil now only because Americans elected Trump. Our last President did every he could to reduce American oil production. Obama was satisfied to continue our dependence on the Saudi's to support American oil consumption. Come to think of it, perhaps he has some blood on his hands. He should have allowed more American oil production... and reduced our dependence on the Saudi's.

Perhaps one day Obama will express remorse for this grave error in his judgement.[/quote]
