It's the first of many to fail because a $50 bn bailout fund is couch change compared to a $1 trillion cut to Medicaid. That effects everyone in that community regardless of their health care.

Veterans, homeless, and former foster kids who currently have bipartisan "able bodied" exemptions  will immediately be kicked off of SNAP.

Klondike kickback rewards states with high payment errors. Alaska has a payment error rate over 60% and the Klondike kickback lets any state with an error rate over 13% delay state matching requirements in SNAP. States with low payment errors will be penalized and make it more likely for people in those states to lose SNAP.

ADP jobs report showed private sector job losses and official jobs report comes out today. Probably going to be bad based on Trump's tweets. Not much in this bill is stimulative.

Adds trillions to the debt. Interest rates expected to go up.
