+1 Many people don't realize it but its true with many cultures - if you project an attitude based on stereotypes toward people they (GASP!!) will not smile and shake your hand and go out of their way to disprove your prejudiced assumptions they're going to frown and be unfriendly and treat you like the idiot you are.[/quote]

Been to West Virginia countless times, had a wonderful time.  I probably would not lug around my Louis Vuitton, but thats called human decency, not flaunting material wealth when others are going through a hard time.

It's interesting that West Virginia has some of the highest poverty rates in the country and some of the lowest crime rates.  Some of the best people live there.  Truly salt of the earth, wonderful individuals.
