It depends on the breed. Huskies will always escape trained or not. The people who always let their dog off leash are another story. Those are despised people by dog owners too. The pp has a character that negligent dog owners have and that is why i said we do not need people like her owning dogs for the people who are like her reading this.... if you dont think of a dog as an extra kid you take care of dont own one![/quote]
