Sunday nights are great nights for debates. NFL games are now on Sunday, Monday and Thursday nights. College games are on Saturday nights. Doesn't leave many nights open for debates.
Umm, Tuesday and Wednesday??
DCUM folks live in such a bubble. The debate were scheduled such that each fell on a different night of the week for a reason. A large (YUGE) number of Americans do not work 9-5 M-F. Do cities, nurses, police, firefighters, EMS, students and teachers with evening classes, janitors cleaning building after hours, people working second jobs. All of these people and many more might work or attend class on an evening/ night/ 12 hour shift every Tuesday and Wednesday night. And unlike football fans, cannot TiVo their jobs/ classes. Spreading the debates out over different night, and scheduling one on a weekend night gives them a chance to watch one or two. Here's the interesting part. Many people in this situation (working the night shift, working 2 jobs) are blue collar/ Trump's base. So why does he not want them to see him debate.
