[/quote] That's how they are treating it, it's fundamentally the same- they own (or long term lease) the property because they have enough financial backing to take on the financial risk, and then lease it to the school at affordable rates based on their enrollment. At least that's how I assume it is being structured, maybe they came up with a different structure for this one- like Building Hope owning the property for 5 years and then the schools having a purchase option.[/quote]
