It's still only rumor at this point, but the Agnecy has drafted a policy to reduce telework. I know we are a virtual organization spread across 20 states, but being in the office creates a a team dynamic that you cannot achieve at home, even though no one in your physical office is in the same department as you and you don't work on anything related. There's plenty of other jobs out there that pay more and I wouldn't begrudge anyone for taking advantage of other opportunities.[/quote]
