That's a new one to me. Evergreen as I know it is a primarily a financial term - is the premise here something should always be updated?

Agree. It's still only rumor at this point, but the Agnecy has drafted a policy to reduce telework. I know we are a virtual organization spread across 20 states, but being in the office creates a a team dynamic that you cannot achieve at home, even though no one in your physical office is in the same department as you and you don't work on anything related. There's plenty of other jobs out there that pay more and I wouldn't begrudge anyone for taking advantage of other opportunities.

In my opinion, this thread is perfectly serviceable, but I think we need to raise the bar and hash out some new ways to communicate. No need to reinvent the wheel, but maybe we could break out into teams and hit the ball back and forth a little to see if we can disrupt these tired phrases a bit?
