Students who are engaged in criminal activity are not that likely to rock the IB exams. Goes to show that Eastern is sams old same old, just with a new coat of lipstick. The stroller brigade, class of 2021, will continue to snub Eastern. Eventually DCPS is going to turn it over to charters or voc-Ed, depending on the most fashionable new educational theory.
