Bet if you went door to door at nearby
Potomac Gardens Apartments
1225 G St SE
Washington, DC 20003
You would be able to find them and most of the criminals in that area.

Don't give me this discussion that they had on the school uniform, so they are still held responsible for their actions. All that's going to do is telling the kids take off your uniform and continue with your illegal activities. The student was apprehended but the school system would have to be hard-pressed to have a nexus to the school day and illegal activity. If the child is arrested and since it was an off the premise arrest...the only thing that can and may happen is that the student will get ankle monitor and be allowed back into the school. Carry on....no jail time for a snatch and grab juvenile

Robbery (Snatch): 400 Blk of 8th Street, SE (7'Eleven):
CCN: 150-651
At 1654 hours a Flash Mob of Juveniles went into the 7'Eleven and took various items off the shelf. C-1 was standing in line with a $20 bill in her hand, when one of the suspects snatched the money from her hand and fled out of the store. School Resource Officials had school resource officers canvassing the area; however, no arrests were made
