Women only seem to beat down the door for about 10% of the dudes. There are probably another 60% of us who are tolerable to one degree or another. And 30% are just unfuckable. The "bad boys" who are "dicks" to women, but still get laid, are guys who are already in the "top 10%" (using your own numbers). That's why women put up with their BS.

A schlub, who is not in the "top 10%" (again, your number) who goes around "negging" women, thinking that this will make them desire him, is just making a fool out himself.

If you are fundamentally unattractive to women, you are not going to overcome that using dopey PUA voodoo. Instead of using pick-up lines and "negging" women, try hitting the gym, educating yourself, focusing on your career and learning to do something useful. That's way more attractive.

From what I recall some of the PUA types tell the guys to go to the gym, stop being so hesitant when approaching women, and the such. That's going to work with or without PUA voodoo as it seems we both agree.

A guy that's a '8' in looks is going to get a much more favorable lens by which women will interpret his actions (negging, legitimate introductory lines, etc.) than a '4' doing the same things.

While women here may be smarter than the average bear in terms of detecting PUA voodoo, the PUA isn't going to give a shit -- he's focused on what the average '7+' woman is thinking/wanting and adjusting his game until he either gives up entirely (he's part of the 30%) or starts getting more success. Of course this being the Internet, we can all be awash in Playboy-quality tail.
