Those of you who tend to get redirected are being targeted for some reason and those of us who aren't getting aren't being targeted. While we use Google Ad Exchange as our primary ad server, Google itself serves ads for other networks. Those network, in turn, accept ads from additional network and advertisers. It looks like those providing the ads are able to feed them to low tier networks which send them up the chain. So, trouble shooting it is a real pain.
