First of all the comment above yours was about Pirelli, not about DS.  You are getting confused.

Secondly, DS runs a blog that talks about neighborhoods across DC, from Anacostia to Upper NW.

if one moves FOR schools, it's obvious that one prefers the new school options to the ones left behind.  No one's obligated to justify it, but when you publicly state that you're moving for schools than it's more than implied.
