That is not a refund.[/quote] Absolutely correct and the reason why she has no case for what she considers a "refund". If her friends offer to off-set her costs, that's one thing. And if they were able to get another (paying) family to take her place, that would be the right thing to do. But, she's pulling out at the last minute for no good reason and has no right to expect them to pay for changing her mind.[/quote]
