Run, don't walk, from this company!! I bought the test from LivingSocial, sent it in, and waited weeks. Long story short, they said they received the test samples, then said they hadn't, then reversed themselves and said they had, but didn't have the results. The rep said she would "escalate" my complaint to her supervisor and then the company stopped communicating with me altogether. They wouldn't respond to anything. (Their website even states they don't take phone calls, so your only option is an email.) Finally, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. I also filed a complaint with LivingSocial. The company told the BBB that they had already refunded the money I spent on their website (this was laughable, because I hadn't spent any money at all on their website - I ordered thru LivingSocial). They said they would refund the shipping costs ($6.10), but they never did. LivingSocial agreed to refund the cost of the test and they were really nice about it. I have have really looked into this company since this whole thing started and I really wished I never had even heard of them. It seems very, very unreliable and not legitimate at all. It breaks my heart that people may put a lot of stock into what their are told about their pets.
