I didn't have any issues with ordering or receiving the kit. I was able to ship it back and I got my results within a few days.

I was wondering what other dog's results looked like. I'd really be interested to know how similar (or different) they are across the board from dog to dog.

I wanted to stick with a grain free diet, but he is apparently sensitive to potato and sweet potato, which are common substitutes to grains. It says he can have brown rice and barley, so I suppose I will stick to those.

I knew he had issues with beef because his scratching would get a lot worse after he had one. Beef was listed as "not ok," so I'm glad I was on the right track with that. I was surprised to see that he was neutral to chicken. I thought chicken was a really common allergy in dogs.

I plan on sticking to these guidelines to see if there is improvement with his scratching/earwax buildup/licking

I also ordered this test from immuneiq in January, 2016, its now May and still no reports! Guess maybe it is q scam, I got mine from GROUPON.

I also ordered this test and results came back rapidly (I was unable to get specimens when I first received kit and did not send it in until almost the last day, so maybe they were able to process quicker). As others have said, there were many things that my dog was "allergic" to - please read the AtoZ booklet on allergies - it defines allergies and gives a very good explanation and also some of the current thinking on the role of the gut in the immune system (I'm not saying I believe everything, but as a nurse a lot of it makes sense). Anyway, she should avoid corn, wheat, rye, peas, white rice (which are in most dog foods). I started feeding her people foods but was worried about her not getting enough vitamins and minerals. Just found "Just 6" dry food which has all ingredients she can have, as well as Pure Balance chicken and Beyond, both canned, in a couple of other combinations that contain "Green Light" foods. Have been doing this for about a 4-6wks and her fur is coming back in thicker but she is still licking (which may be a habit now). Have not tried to contact the company

I just ordered my kit from Groupons and after reading these reviews requested a refund, I did a little more searching and a company called Glacier Holistic offers the same test but for $85, with much better reviews. Not sure what to think. Has anybody had good results with immuneiq, seems like the same complaints.

I just ordered this test. My vet told me my Chihuahua had food allergies because she was scratching her ears really bad & that her butt was inflamed. She suggested I start feeding her lamb & rice dog food. I haven't started it yet because I had a lot of other dog food around. Thought this test may help. Wish there were better reviews.

I ordered it and they lost my test as well. They make you pay to ship out a replacement test even if you sent it back in the provided envelope. Customer Service is a joke, takes forever to get a reply and they have no number to call... makes me think that they don't have a number because of the number of complaints. They apparently can not track your test at their facility so they do not know if the test arrived or not. Maybe they should update their system of how they run their business. Waste of money, don't bother with this company

This company is a scam, IMHO. I bought a Groupon that stated they would ZERO IN on my pet's allergy. They never sent me the results. When I finally emailed about 4 weeks later, my results were suddenly ready at 4:03 am! I think they were just waiting to see if I'd forgotten. The lab results were just a laundry list of things my pet probably shouldn't eat or get near. They did not zero in at all. When I complained, I got the run around, plus a bunch of weird empty emails or weirdly worded emails. I reported them to the BBB. I am still fighting with them through email and they do not back down. Please tell everyone to stay away from this sham of a company.

I ordered 2 tests for my dogs. Got tests- did tests and got results in a timely fashion but customer support isn't great. I still question validity of tests as both my dogs results are almost identical. A friend sent off results from her cat and her results were Very Close to mine. The Negative lists were 97% identical. I still am choosing to follow the results. I plan on testing a 3rd dog and if it comes back the same as other 2 then really am skeptical.

I ordered my tests for my two dogs in Oct, got the kits and sent them back with the samples. Stuck a stamp on each envelope and off they went - did not see any notice of mailing it certified. Come December I remember I haven't gotten results. Email them. They ask if I put postage on it... of course I did. They ask if I sent it with a tracking number, I say I didn't realize you had to. They say, they do not have it and if I want to reorder, they can send me tests for $6 each. I am pissed. I bought the kit through Groupon, but I bought two. How do you not get two separate envelopes? I can understand losing one. I threaten them saying they are a scam, but ask their manager to call me anyways to tell them the address to send it to and to collect my $12 fee. I don't hear from them for two weeks and then get an email saying they will send my kit to me. I email "2 KITS!" and they say I should receive two kits within two weeks. Then I get a text and an email 4 days later notifying of my pets' test results!

So the results were interesting and somewhat I expected. They weren't allergic to everything, but some new things did come up that I did not know about. They were different for both dogs so it's very likely that I am giving them something they are allergic to. This will help me eliminate what they are both allergic to and, hopefully, their skin issues will go away. Report was really thorough and had additional tips and pdfs on allergies included. Very informative.

My overall assessment of this company is that it's legit, but they are super unorganized or the system they have in place is not the most efficient.
We will see if I get two more kits in the mail. If I do, I'm sending them in again (with a tracking number) and I'm going to see if the results are the same for the two dogs.

I bought this test with an online coupon figuring it was worth a shot. I got my cat's results today and he's allergic to both peas and flaxseed, along with corn, white rice, rabbit, dairy, tuna, and fish meal (and a bunch of other things). Green peas and flaxseed seem to be in almost every grain free food. The regular foods are almost all corn based. I've found ONE food that meats all the requirements: Orijen Regional Red. I'm going to start him on it it today and hope for the best. I'll update whether it works or not.

Also, test came quickly. I sent it back the next day with the samples and two stamps to be safe. Got my email exactly 1 week later with the results. I'm pretty happy with that.

I went for the Groupon deal and everything was fine. I received my kit (a cotton swab in plastic baggie for the saliva and an empty baggie for the hair sample--and that is indeed all you need, that is how vets do it too.) I mailed it off but here's a word of caution: YOU MUST PUT POSTAGE on the bag. They say $.70 but I weighed the envelope it was less than 1 oz. and it was within the dimensions of a first class letter. So I only used a .49 stamp and it was fine. Just remember to put your name/return address on the envelope in case there is an issue with postage.

That said, it took less than two weeks and like most comments on here, came back with a slew of things my dog is allergic to. Others have done it and it said only a couple of things. I want to trust the test but I don't know. I will follow their recommendations and see if there is a change in our poor doberman pinscher who is scratching himself and devouring (biting, licking) himself to death. Breaks my heart. We have ruled out everything else so the allergy test was our next uphill. Grateful that I didn't have to pay $400 dollars to my vet to test him but the low low price makes me wonder? We'll see.

I don't think the company is a scam, they replied to other emails I had sent and my friend had used them and she said they were fine. Good luck!

Aww, I just purchased 3 of these as I have 3 dogs, and all show signs of allergies. I wish I would have read these reviews first. I'm not feeling hopeful about results or customer service via turn around w results. I was especially concerned w the person that sent in 2 tests for same dog, and different results! Not good.

There is another company Hemopet, but the costs r much greater. Hemopet is $280, and groupon had immuneIQ for $45. What a difference! I did call Hemopet and someone answered phone and gave lots of info over phone. I was concerned when numerous people said no call back or response from immuneIQ. I'm concerned and going to inquire about refund.

Run, don't walk, from this company!! I bought the test from LivingSocial, sent it in, and waited weeks. Long story short, they said they received the test samples, then said they hadn't, then reversed themselves and said they had, but didn't have the results. The rep said she would "escalate" my complaint to her supervisor and then the company stopped communicating with me altogether. They wouldn't respond to anything. (Their website even states they don't take phone calls, so your only option is an email.) Finally, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. I also filed a complaint with LivingSocial.
The company told the BBB that they had already refunded the money I spent on their website (this was laughable, because I hadn't spent any money at all on their website - I ordered thru LivingSocial). They said they would refund the shipping costs ($6.10), but they never did.
LivingSocial agreed to refund the cost of the test and they were really nice about it.
I have have really looked into this company since this whole thing started and I really wished I never had even heard of them. It seems very, very unreliable and not legitimate at all. It breaks my heart that people may put a lot of stock into what their are told about their pets.

How reputable is this company? I mean I like a deal and all, but not EVERY dog or cat should be allergic to 60-70+ things? Seems a little weird. I was about to order for both my dogs when I researched and on EVERY board I read on, not ONE person has had just a couple allergies, it is always a LOT!!!
