There was a Flip or Flop marathon on yesterday and I wached about 4 episodes back to back and it seems like the same EXACT formula every time.  They bid on a house, get a good deal and plan a budget.  Some catastrophe happens that they didnt forsee (water damage, termites, pool renocations) and they go WAY over the budget.  They always overprice their house because they are trying to account for the overages in the budget.  And more often than not, the house sits for weeks without an offer.  I really don't like that show at all.[/quote]
