We were already in the process of house hunting.  This just has added a greater sense of urgency because we both want nothing to do with her.  Since I confronted her, she's tried texting my husband and he's blocked her.  Last night (he happened to be out of town), she was hanging out playing with her child loudly right outside our door at right around the time window he usually comes home.  She's seeming more crazy by the moment and we cannot get out of here fast enough.  And I absolutely rescinded the Easter invite when I confronted her.[/quote]

She's hanging out in the hallways of your building? Not a common area, but right outside your door?

That is worrisome. Contact management. We had a creepy male neighbor using our hallways as a place to "workout". In just jogging shorts. After 2 weeks of awkwardness, I notified management. It stopped the next day.[/quote]
