We've all seen this one play out before-the details come out in increments.

First it's 'Honey, I gotta tell you she came on to me' 2 weeks after he slept with her then starts to feel weird when she continues to come around and he wants you to stop being her friend . He can't/won't tell the truth: Honey I screwed her. Just enough to get you to kick her to the curb.

Then DW confronts the other woman who denies coming onto him on some variation. But she's lying to protect him and the affair.

DH wants to end the affair. It's too weird too much trouble's in the air but the OW doesn't want to. She keeps texting.

Then DH comes clean just when OW's about to expose him.

That is worrisome. Contact management. We had a creepy male neighbor using our hallways as a place to "workout". In just jogging shorts. After 2 weeks of awkwardness, I notified management. It stopped the next day.
