I would not assume that all of the negative posts are from BS families.  I pointed out that you said that there were no good houses on the market, but not in CC, DC as a whole.  I have kids at BS and the community is really great.  You would not be disappointed.[/quote]

Agree - BS is welcoming community and would not assume all negative posters are from BS. If you are in DC already you may be able to just wait in your current home until something opens up in CC? Just a thought. [/quote]
