Our BH federal location very specifically tells the family that they follow the OPM guidelines for the facility where they are located.  They also sent out emails to alert us.  In fact, last night, the notice I got from the daycare was the first I had heard about the delay.  They informed us that the federal offices were closed to the public until noon, that federal employees were asked to stay off the roads before 10am and that the center would open at 11am.  Since my wife works in that building and was told to report at noon, we arrived around 11:45, dropped the kids off and she walked to her office.

Yes, I had to take 3 hours of leave this morning (we all carpool together) because my contractor office was open with regular hours.  Oh well.  That's life.[/quote]
