The challenge for Visi and Gonzaga is the same -- attracting a good, long-term coach is very difficult given the pay,  location and headache factor.  The common element for most of the good, established girls lacrosse coaches is that they have FT jobs at their respective schools.  Visi does not for almost all the coaches.   And, as coach's pay remains low and flat, traffic becomes worse, and demands become greater, very few want the job on a PT basis.  Parents then become agitated because the coaches dont meet expectations which is a result of the factors above.
