KJ is a dinosaur that needs to go.

The parents are both of these schools tend to have some overlap and are freaking insane. Coaches fizzle out after a season or two, the mental headache is not worth it.
Coaching stability is the key for any program to ride the ship forward.
As long as KJ remains at the Saints, they will continue to remain a top 5 program in the area.
Potomac has also become a great destination for NOVA families seeking high caliber lacrosse, they will remain competitive.
SR and GC will remain the elite programs in this area as long as current HCs remain in seat.
Hopefully GC and the Saints play this spring too as it would be a great contest.
Hi KJ.

Families burned by her will donate money to put bathrooms outside and under said statue. The 27s will finally see the field and enjoy that one amazing year of high school they’ve all been waiting for. The new science center will attract a wealth of young scientists and sssas will become a science school rivaling TJ. You heard it here first.
This post wins DCUM, hands down.

The challenge for Visi and Gonzaga is the same -- attracting a good, long-term coach is very difficult given the pay, location and headache factor. The common element for most of the good, established girls lacrosse coaches is that they have FT jobs at their respective schools. Visi does not for almost all the coaches. And, as coach's pay remains low and flat, traffic becomes worse, and demands become greater, very few want the job on a PT basis. Parents then become agitated because the coaches dont meet expectations which is a result of the factors above.
