He didn’t have teacher support. Those school environment surveys taken by staff will show that. There were also lots of anti-semitic acts that he failed to properly address. He just sent a letter home with no action. He was a friendly guy who I believe was very well intentioned but completely overwhelmed and didn’t want to discipline for any infraction. [/quote]
