July 10, 2025 article: “New Data Shows Workers Are Mostly Ign0ring RTO Orders”
Link or at least name the paper.
This article has nothing to do with feds.. https://www.inc.com/jessica-stillman/new-data-shows-workers-are-mostly-ignoring-return-to-office-orders/91202144
Why would Feds be any different? Footnote: this link was posted multiple times but it kept getting deleted. Someone really doesn’t want the truth to get out.
Because it's timesheet fraud and they fire you, genius.
How is it timesheet fraud if location isn’t reflected on the timesheet?
For most Fed time sheet programs, it is. As part of my time I record if it was in office or telework, and if telework, what kind - recurring or situational.
How is it fraud if you put telework on timesheet? You can’t fire someone just for teleworking (especially if your CBA says you can). But of course, all you sheep blindly do whatever you’re told. That’s why you’re in government; private sector employees have personal agency and take calculated risks. Sad.
If you coded it correctly you could be fired for insubordination. Almost everyone has received a direct order from their agency to RTO.
