[/quote] +1 That’s why so many kids from across the country are trying to get jobs in NYC, DC, SF, etc. [/quote] I don't think DC is a destination city for these kids, at least not since the Obama years. It would be very job specific. Same with San Francisco. There's Silicon Valley for some, but only a trust fund kid would start out in SF at the age of 22. What I'm seeing is NYC, Boston, Nashville, Chicago, Dallas, and interestingly, Salt Like City for the affordability and quality of life. [/quote]
