I think it is good that he is doing this. Biden sadly is not able and it is a waste of resources to set this up for him. Newsom is going to need to change a lot of things and he can say he was forced by Trump. Who cares FYI-moving forward people need to be protected and some of the aggressive environmental stuff needs to be changed. It has been too much. Right now everyone needs to work together and fight about politics later. This fire is not finished and the fall out will be going on for years. I feel for these people. I am also wondering if anything can be done about the insurance. Was there any chance to find another policy. Could something force the insurers to grandfather if they are allowed to raise rates. I understand raising rates due to risk but people should not have been shut out of insurance. Wondering if Trump and Newsom can work together on this with the insurance companies.[/quote]
