Honestly we have to do better as women. We can't demand the medical community treat us better if we don't take the time to know our bodies. Use pads, used tampons, use cups but at least know your body. [/quote]

It’s actually not a stupid question. I remember going back to my usual cup my first period post baby #3 and I squatted down in public to pick something up and could feel it coming out of me. Had to rush to the bathroom and reinsert. Turns out I have a pretty weak pelvic floor now, which is why. [/quote]
