[/quote] High school or club lacrosse doesn't dominate a player's life like it does at a top D1 program. All of the players at top D1s are top club players who are driven and play the sport year round. It's not a stressful experience per se but can be a depressing one if the player isn't getting meaningful minutes, is being ignored by the coaching staff, or has no time outside the sport to explore other things the school has to offer.
