No idea how they came up with this, but this site suggests that about 2/3 like runny eggs and about 1/3 like hard eggs. This also seems to fit with the response pattern on this thread. Hard egg yolks are only good for egg salad and deviled eggs. Otherwise, they're just for the compost bin.[/quote]
