They don't have English-language elementary schools or high school lessons on logical syllogisms in exurban Virginia? I'm a city girl myself but I have been there and the people definitely don't talk like you.

I don't usually consider American lawyers to be particularly eloquent writers, but they are all, as a rule, able to communicate effectively in English. Plus even the most disingenuous lawyer would not make the kind of... non-logical assertions you have made in this thread. Would an American attorney, someone who worked alongside an American JAG officer, ever, EVER write that someone "got not good paper"?

No, of course. I don't think you're a bot but you certainly are a troll. If you were a mere Trump follower from bum-fudge Virginia, your English would be far better. At least, while the mistakes you make might reflect an insufficiency of education (or, if you were a Trumpy lawyer from bum-fudge Virginia, you might affect a certain studied folksiness), they wouldn't suggest poor translations of foreign expressions.
