They are 3 and 4 on USNWR Best Colleges. UVA is no. 5. UVA was no 2 for 27 years. USNWR pulled it down because of the percentage of Pell Grants, which, as you know, UVA has no control over because Pell Grant eligibility is determined long after admission.
