The straw that broke the camel’s back was - I interviewed a URM with a disability- and in my interview report I wrote: worked as college admissions counselor and I also interviewed for you for X numbers of years and this is the best candidate I have met, etc. and even she got waitlisted and I literally said I’m done wasting my time with this.
