By reason of insanity does not mean that the person gets off. Maybe they should change the wording to remove the 'not guilty'

OK, so call it guilty but insane.  Same idea.  He is absolutely guilty.  But he also likely needs to be locked in an institution.

And no one said this was about Columbine.  Someone asked about whether or not people had pity for them or thought them insane.  It was another similar mass killing situation.  That's all.  Not trying to skew or derail this discussion.[/quote]
