The entire reason that the ex-wife got sole custody of the kids and the house and why the judge said he had to have no contact with them was because he had a history of domestic violence. Are you serious? That’s why he lost the kids and his house and why he went and killed the judge that ruled in his ex-wife’s favor. [/quote]

I read that the wife had originally gotten a protective order or something similar and tried to leave in 2012. So there is a long history here.[/quote]
