I don't envy Teigan, but I actually know a lot about surrogacy, and my issues with it are not vague or uninformed. I have serious reservations about it and I am uncomfortable with the increasing popularity of it as an option for wealthy and famous couples. I do not view it as an unmitigated good. It's complicated, and it's not so simple as someone wanting a baby and a woman volunteering to gestate one for them. It's never that simple.

And the comments about "nannies doing night duty" were simply accurate. Teigan, to her credit, has been very honest about how much help she and Legend have as parents, and they had a night nanny with Miles and I would assume given the challenges of having two infants plus two older children, and Teigan's history with mental health issues, that they are not going to skimp on childcare this time. That's not an insult, it's an acknowledgement of reality.[/quote]
