If the rate went down, but not enough to offset the increased assessments, your taxes went up. There is plenty of money sloshing around FCPS. It's just not spent wisely, and then Gatehouse piles on other requirements and restrictions that make teaching unpleasant to appease the politicians. It's amazing that not more teachers are leaving.
