Its a little like mafia bosses going to jail for tax evasion.  That's what the prosecutor can get them for even if their real crimes are murder, racketeering, etc.  The key is to get these people off the streets by any means necessary.  If anyone thinks who only victims are rich investors, then you haven't been paying attention.[/quote]
