The people he has appointed for the most part do not have PhD‘s or any actual experience in higher education. The exception is a professor from the Claremont Institute in California. Again, it’s highly unusual that the people appointed to be on the board of a public university in a state are all from outside the state, and for the vast majority have no actual experience in higher education this is not how things are normally done [/quote]
