It definitely does but that’s pretty obvious just from looking at the town. Vienna has a lot of local pride and is a family friendly town. NP. Vienna is socially conservative, but definitely not politically conservative. The people on here saying that are wrong (Comstock? Who? Connelly!) People are all about their kids here. I can see why a single parent would have a hard time finding their tribe, but as people have said, there are volunteer organizations to get involved with where you could make friends. There is also the art center, the community center activities, and if you like to bike, there's a big community here centered around the W&OD trail. Go have a drink at Bazin's or Pazzo Pomodoro--there are always people there to meet, or try Dunn Loring or Mosiac. It's a nice place to live if you give it a chance. Sounds to me like you haven't done that yet.[/quote]
