Ok if you're referring to the post with the DC Code citations, that would be me.  I am a lawyer, and a grown man engaged in some serious procrastination at work.  This story piqued my interest when I heard about it last week.  I am neither Freckles' owner, nor will I ever compare a dog ownership to motherhood.[/quote]
