1) I am not the owner of Freckles.
2) Head down to Glover and talk to the witnesses.  That question is laughable.
3) Dogs bark, pal. There's nothing "[i]vicious[/i]" about it.
4) You clearly have missed the facts.  No "fight" was ever "picked."
5) You clearly didn't read my post.  "[i]Control[/i]" of Freckles was never "[i]lost[/i]." Look at the Code.

So the dog charging off the porch yapping is a sign of _______________?  Come on, get a grip.  Freckles wasn't trying to play with the other dog.  Not saying what happened to Freckles is right but really pointing out, again, that Freckles owner should have had control over her dog.  So many things could have happened to him.  Yes, yes, we all know that this is the first time Freckles ever jumped off the porch -- we just don't buy it.  He is a dog and she loved him like a child -- then she should have treated him like a child and known 1.)he would always make the wrong decision and 2.) it is her responsibility to keep him safe.  This is why people have baby gates for dogs.[/quote]
